What is Spravato®?
Spravato® (esketamine) is an FDA-approved nasal spray used with an oral antidepressant to treat adults with Treatment-Resistant Depression (TRD) or Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) with suicidal thoughts or actions.

How Does it Work?
Spravato® works differently from traditional antidepressants. It targets NMDA receptors in the brain and helps restore connections between nerve cells, which may relieve depressive symptoms more quickly—sometimes within hours to days.
